Shipping Policy

GREECE

Delivery to any address in Greece via Geniki Taxydromiki with on a flat rate of 5€. Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours and will arrive within 1 - 3 business days. However occasionally due to situations beyond our control some orders may take longer. Customers in Greece may choose to pay upon delivery too, with no extra cost.

EUROPEAN COUNTRIES & UK

All orders to European addresses are shipped via DHL Standard Shipping on a flat rate of 30€. 

Orders to UK addresses are on a flat rate of 40€ and shipments might be delayed during customs clearance due to Brexit regulations.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EU

All products are sent via DHL on a flat rate of 50€. Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Please note that our return policy does not apply to deliveries outside the EU. Kindly ask for our assistance for accurate guidelines on size, fit and style.

Returns & Refunds

​

1. Fill in the return form you received with your parcel, giving us the info we need. Pay attention to the form description cells as you need to be super descriptive in each one. If you missed the form and need a new one just email us.
As for your return, your choices are:

  • Full amount refund. You may apply for a full refund of the money you spent on your order by the same method you used to pay. If it was Cash On Delivery method you'll receive the amount via bank transfer which takes approximately 2-3 days to complete. 

  • Exchange with another piece or different size.


2. Then pack it up and return it within 15 days from your purchase date. All postage costs must be covered by the customer unless the garment is faulty.

3. As soon as we receive it we'll proceed to the fulfillment of your request. 


Important Note: Please ensure that all the original tags are attached to the item and the item hasn't been worn and it is unwashed.

* All seasonal items can be exchanged, but NOT refunded !!!

* Ceramics can only be accepted for exchange or refund, only if they come in their initial packaging. 
If we receive it broken/damaged, it cannot be exchanged nor refunded.

* In case you have received a faulty item, send us an email. Do not forget to attach pictures of the faulty item. This will help us find the best possible solution. 
If the faulty item is confirmed by our team, we will proceed with an exchange of the item, or a refund (if the ordered product is no longer available) upon receipt of your return.

Our team has the right to refuse any return that does not meet all of the above.
