Shipping Policy

Delivery to any address in Greece via Geniki Taxydromiki. Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours (when order is placed on weekdays) and will arrive within 1 - 3 business days. However occasionally due to situations beyond our control some orders may take longer. Customers in Greece may choose to pay upon delivery too, with no extra cost.


All orders to European addresses are shipped via DHL Standard Shipping. Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours (when order is placed on weekdays) and will arrive within 5 - 7 business days.

Orders to UK addresses are also shipped via DHL Standard Shiping. Sometimes shipments might be delayed during customs clearance due to Brexit regulations. 


All products are sent via DHL Standard Shipping. Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours (when order is placed on weekdays). Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. 


Returns & Refunds



1. Fill in the return form you received with your parcel, giving us the info we need. Pay attention to the form description cells as you need to be super descriptive in each one. If you missed the form and need a new one just email us at

As for your return, your choices are:

  • Full amount refund. You may apply for a full refund of the money you spent on your order by the same method you used to pay (Paypal or Debit/Credit). If it was Cash On Delivery method you'll receive the amount via bank transfer which takes approximately 2-3 days to complete (your IBAN is needed in that case).


  • Exchange with another piece or different size.

2. Then pack it up and return it within 15 days from your purchase date. All postage costs must be covered by the customer unless the garment is faulty. 


Offer for Greek Customers - Send the parcel via Geniki Taxydromiki with recipient charge. A fixed amount of 5.00€ will then be deducted from your refund or added as cash on delivery on your exchange parcel. In case of a refund note that the order's shipping charge cannot be refunded. This offer is valid ONLY with Geniki Taxydromiki. If you choose another carrier, postage costs must be covered by the customer. If you send us something which is not paid, we won't accept it.


3. As soon as we receive it we'll proceed to the fulfillment of your request. 

Important Note: Please ensure that all the original tags are attached to the item and the item hasn't been worn and it is unwashed. 

* All sale products, personalized objects, made to order pieces & seasonal items CANNOT be exchanged, NOR refunded !!!

(This includes Easter & Christmas collections)

* Ceramics can only be accepted for exchange or refund, only if they come in their initial packaging. 
If we receive it broken/damaged, it cannot be exchanged nor refunded.

* In case you have received a faulty item, send us an email. Do not forget to attach pictures of the faulty item. This will help us find the best possible solution. 
If the faulty item is confirmed by our team, we will proceed with an exchange of the item, or a refund (if the ordered product is no longer available) upon receipt of your return.

* All of the above are applied both to our eshop & showroom policy !!!

* Our team has the right to refuse any return that does not meet all of the above.




Please note that our return policy does not apply to deliveries outside of Greece. Kindly ask for our assistance with accurate guidelines on size, fit, and style. We only do refunds within 15 days from the delivery date. In case you want a refund, shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the product is faulty. If we receive a damaged item, a refund cannot be applied.
